ACCOUNTANTS & TAX PREPARERS
Marketing for accountants, CPAs, and tax preparers
I mapped a nine-step tax return intake for a CPA practice, from document upload to the CPA’s review and signature. So I know how your season runs. Now I do the marketing side for accounting firms, and I do it myself.

DIRECT ANSWER
Marketing for accountants is getting found by the people who need a preparer, a CPA, or a bookkeeper, and then earning their trust. I run your SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, and social in one plan with a published price. I don’t run paid ads, and I don’t promise rankings.
WHAT YOU GET

HOW IT WORKS
How it works
01
The free AI visibility audit scores your site, Google profile, and how AI tools describe you. It also shows which searches people use to find firms like yours.
02
We agree the first fixes in writing.
03
I run the plan each month and send you a dated record.
PRICING
Pricing
It’s one managed plan with nothing up front. Sign up by November 15 and it’s $250 a month, kept while you stay. After November 15 it’s $400 a month. The full terms are on pricing. Social access goes through Zernio, so you never share your passwords. I run the same plan for other trades, like gyms.
It also covers SEO for photographers. See all the industries I serve.
QUESTIONS
Accountant marketing questions
For most small firms, it’s a clear website, a complete Google profile, and steady reviews. People pick a preparer they can find and trust.
Yes, I do. I build pages for your services and towns and fix what keeps Google from showing them.
I never confirm that a reviewer is a client. Replies thank them and invite them to call, with no tax or money details.
Yes, it works the same for bookkeepers, seasonal tax preparers, and full CPA firms.
No, I can’t. I show you the work, the calls, and the inquiries each month instead.
The earlier the better. Google takes weeks to months to pick up new pages, so fall is a good time to start.
No, I don’t run paid ads at all.
